meet jacqueline
Jacqueline’s career in event planning began in her hometown of Chicago, where she planned luxury corporate events. She plans and works with multiple clients each week and never lets anything fall through the cracks. Jacqueline’s passion for making a client’s event everything they imagined shines through in each occasion she plans.
When she’s not planning or designing an event, Jacqueline loves to enjoy slow mornings sipping coffee and playing with her children Ellie, Addison and Wyatt.
meet russ
You know that guy in the room who everyone immediately wants to be friends with? That’s Russ. He’s also the details guy. Russ knows exactly what needs to happen when and where, and he makes sure not a single detail is overlooked. Russ’s background is in marketing and operations, but his passion lies in entrepreneurship. When he’s not chasing after his kids or keeping the venue in tip-top shape, Russ enjoys cheering on the Chicago Cubs and Baylor Bears.
meet Grace
After Grace got engaged in 2020 she began planning her wedding and soon fell in love with the entire planning process. She loved it so much she decided to apply with Collected & Co. and has been with the company ever since. In fact, she was also a Collected bride and definitely enjoy working alongside such a wonderful team.
Know if you have Grace at your event all of your chairs will be perfectly aligned as she cannot stand when you can see one chair peeking out of a row!
When Grace is not helping coordinating events or delivering rentals, she enjoys traveling with her husband, reading, working out, and hanging out with her sons, Liam + Hudson and Labradoodle, Gus.
Derek
From dominating the faceoff dot on the ice to running an event production company! You may know him as #16 for the Jacksonville Icemen where he holds the record for most games played in an Icemen uniform, but we know him as the guy who can lift anything!
For the past 3 years in the off-season Derek has been working for Collected & Co in his home state of Minnesota and has learned the ins and outs of running an event production company, where its more about the logistics and the pretty stuff we rent!
When Derek is not on the ice or lifting all the heavy thing and figuring out where and how to get things from point A to B, he enjoys playing golf and spending time with his wife, Grace, son, Liam, and pup Gus.
meet Andrew
Meet Andrew – our warehouse and delivery manager. Also known as Russ’s right hand guy. Andrew enjoys when the warehouse inventory is all neatly packed in their rightful place in anticipation for the next successful Collected event. When your deliveries arrive on time and in pristine condition you have him to thank for that!
He spends his free time biking on the neighborhood trail, rock climbing at VE, cheering on the MN Timberwolves and lounging with his wife Lauren and their pups, Scout and Emmy.
meet Danielle
Driven by her love for celebrations and a devotion to the details, Danielle has discovered her true calling working with clients to design and plan their most perfect event! With over 10 years in the event planning industry, she successfully coordinated and designed award-winning events across the country ranging from intimate dinner parties to multi-day corporate events. Her perfectly detailed timelines and unwavering commitment ensure that the event planning process and the event day are stress-free and joyous for each client.
After living in Arizona for 10 years, Danielle returned to Minnesota. She got married to her husband Eric in August of 2020 and welcomed her baby girl Eden in October of 2021. In her free time, she enjoys trying new restaurants, watching ALL the Bravo series and spending time with her two pups Cooper and Cash.
Meet Mary
2025 marks Mary’s sixth season with the team! Mary is all about the day of detailing and making sure everything looks perfect for our clients.
When she is not working with the Collected & Co., she works as a remote recruiter. In her free time she likes to decorate and design new spaces in her home and spend time with friends and family. She has also have become the master of nails and nail art! She loves spending time trying new designs and techniques and her nails are always looking like your dream Pinterest nail board!
Fun fact: Mary and her husband, Max, got married at Jacqueline and Russ’ venue six years ago this summer!

After Abby got married to her husband Matt in 2022, she knew that she wanted to continue to pursue her passion for planning, designing and coordinating. She understands that being a part of your big day is a privilege and will go above and beyond to ensure it is everything you envisioned & more so that you can sit back, relax, and enjoy all of those special moments during your event!

One of her Favorite Parts of the wedding day is the anticipation before the bride walks down the aisle, feeling the love and excitement in the air. She loves all things timeless, chic and aesthetically pleasing.
In her spare time, you can find Molly either planning on her iPad or cozied up with a good book!
