meet jacqueline
Jacqueline is the visionary who brings each event to life with intention, artistry and precision. Her career began in her hometown of Chicago, where she planned luxury corporate events and developed a sharp eye for design paired with a deep understanding of logistics. That foundation continues to shape her approach today, where creativity and execution go hand in hand.
She leads with a calm confidence and a clear vision, ensuring every event not only looks beautiful, but feels seamless and deeply personal to each client. Her passion lies in transforming ideas into experiences, taking what a client imagines and elevating it into something even more meaningful, memorable and refined.
When she’s not designing or producing, Jacqueline embraces slow mornings with a cup of coffee in hand, spending time with her children – Ellie, Addison and Wyatt.
meet russ
You know that guy in the room who everyone immediately wants to be friends with? That’s Russ. Equal parts approachable and razor-sharp, Russ is the steady force behind the scenes and the strategic brain that keeps everything moving forward. He has an instinct for people and an eye for detail that’s hard to teach – he just gets it.
While others are dreaming it up, Russ is the one making sure it actually works, and works well. From big-picture vision to the smallest operational detail, nothing slips past him. He’s built the backbone of the business, blending his background in marketing and operations with a natural entrepreneurial drive to create something that not only runs efficiently, but feels exceptional at every touchpoint.
When he’s not leading the charge behind the scenes, you’ll find Russ chasing after his kids or cheering on the Chicago Cubs and Baylor Bears with unwavering loyalty.
meet Grace
Grace leads our Jacksonville branch, bringing a thoughtful, detail-driven approach to every event she touches. Her journey into the events world began with collected & co. in 2021, where she has grown into a key leader on the team.
Grace is known for her precision and eye for detail – if she’s at your event, you can trust that every chair will be perfectly aligned (because she simply won’t have it any other way). She brings a calm, steady presence while ensuring everything is executed beautifully and seamlessly.
Grace enjoys traveling with her husband, getting lost in a good book, working out and spending time with her sons, Liam and Hudson, and their Labradoodle, Gus.
Meet Derek
From dominating the faceoff dot on the ice to running an event production company! You may know him as #16 for the Jacksonville Icemen where he holds the record for most games played in an Icemen uniform, but we know him as the guy who can lift anything!
For the past 3 years in the off-season Derek has been working for Collected & Co in his home state of Minnesota and has learned the ins and outs of running an event production company, where its more about the logistics and the pretty stuff we rent!
When Derek is not on the ice or lifting all the heavy things and figuring out where and how to get things from point A to B, he enjoys playing golf and spending time with his wife, Grace, sons Liam and Hudson, and pup Gus.
meet Andrew
Meet Andrew – our warehouse and delivery manager. Also known as Russ’s right hand guy. Andrew enjoys when the warehouse inventory is all neatly packed in their rightful place in anticipation for the next successful Collected event. When your deliveries arrive on time and in pristine condition you have him to thank for that!
He spends his free time biking on the neighborhood trail, rock climbing at VE, cheering on the MN Timberwolves and lounging with his wife Lauren and their pups, Scout and Emmy.
Meet Madi G
Madi began her career with Cartier, where she developed a deep appreciation for luxury service, attention to detail, and creating exceptional client experiences. She later joined collected & co. as an assistant planner for the 2025 season, where her passion for weddings truly took off. Now, as our Client Experience Manager, Madi brings a thoughtful, client-first approach to every interaction, ensuring each couple feels supported, celebrated, and completely taken care of throughout their planning journey.
Born and raised in Minnesota, Madi is a chaotic nomad at heart. When she’s not flying between Minnesota and Russia, you’ll find her drinking wine with friends, spoiling her dog, or convincing her husband, Rhett, to watch Real Housewives.
Meet Mary
2026 marks Mary’s seventh season with collected & co., and she continues to be a steady, detail-driven presence on the team. Mary thrives in the day-of details ensuring every element is perfectly placed and every space looks exactly as it should for our clients. She has a natural eye for design and a deep pride in making sure each event feels polished, intentional and beautifully executed.
Outside of collected & co., Mary holds her most important role – MOM to her twins. When she finds a moment of free time, she loves decorating and designing new spaces in her home, as well as spending time with friends and family.
Fun fact: Mary and her husband, Max, were married at Jacqueline and Russ’ venue then years ago, making her story with collected & co. come full circle.
Meet Megan
Megan is drawn to planning and design as the perfect blend of organization and creativity, two strengths she brings effortlessly to the team. She has a deep appreciation for how each event tells a unique story and she thrives in the design process where even the smallest details come together to create something truly meaningful and memorable.
Her eye for aesthetics and thoughtful approach make her an integral part of bringing each client’s vision to life in a way that feels both intentional and refined.
Outside of collected & co., Megan channels her creativity into her small stationery business and is always researching the next wedding trend. When she’s not immersed in all things design, you can find her with a coffee in hand or enjoying a happy hour with her husband and pup Booker!
meet Madi
If there’s one thing to know about Madi, it’s that events are truly her thing. Known for going above and beyond, Madi approaches each event with energy, intention and a genuine love for what she does. Her favorite moment at every wedding? Watching the groom’s reaction as the bride walks down the aisle.
Outside of collected & co., Madi continues her passion for planning as an Events Coordinator at a community college, where she brings the same level of care and creativity to every event she touches.
Madi married her high school sweetheart and has two sons. When she’s not working, you’ll find her hosting game nights with family, planning themed dinners and gatherings, taking walks to the lake or heading off for a cozy weekend at the cabin.
Meet Macy
Macy brings a strong background in event service, coordination, and client-focused planning to every event she touches. She is passionate about working closely with clients to bring their vision to life, ensuring each detail is thoughtful, seamless, and beautifully executed. Macy believes every celebration should feel effortless for the client and unforgettable for every guest.
Outside of collected and co., Macy loves spending time outdoors with her husband and their three young children. Whether she’s at the lake, visiting her family cabin, fitting in a workout, or enjoying a good thriller with an iced coffee in hand, she finds joy in the simple, meaningful moments.
Meet Abby
After Abby got married to her husband Matt in 2022, she knew that she wanted to continue to pursue her passion for planning, designing and coordinating. She understands that being a part of your big day is a privilege and will go above and beyond to ensure it is everything you envisioned & more so that you can sit back, relax, and enjoy all of those special moments during your event!
meet Brooke
Brooke loves every part of the process of working weddings and events – from getting all the little details into place on event day to working with rentals and bringing collected & co.’s unique pieces to clients’ celebrations. She loves seeing dreams come to life through creative colors, unique furniture, and thoughtful decor. She enjoys getting to experience the different styles and personalities reflected in each event and is always ready to go above and beyond to make sure clients are happy and their day is everything they imagined. Give her a task, and she’s ready to jump right in!
When she’s not working events, you can find Brooke spending time on the lake with family, playing games with friends, or relaxing with her husband and son.
